About Jennifer Franks
Jennifer Franks will happily admit that the full spectrum of the real estate process appeals to her. Sometimes that means helping people transition from a home steeped in 45 years of memories to a completely fresh chapter of life. Other times, it means turning a first time homebuyer’s fears into excitement as she simply and straightforwardly guides them to a fabulous outcome. The transactions are always different, but Jennifer’s love for guiding her clients to their goals remains the same. She prioritizes educating, preparing, and comforting her clients with a trademark honesty, kindness and compassion that reinforces a constant fact: that Jennifer will do everything in her power to make a transaction as smooth as possible.
Having grown up in Simi Valley, Jennifer moved to Glendora in 2009. She spent a good portion of her life working in the medical field as an ECHO/Vascular Stenographer and serving as the Marketing CEO for Fix Auto Body Shops throughout Southern California. In 2015, after recognizing she’d already missed so many milestones in her children’s lives, she left these careers behind and obtained her real estate license. While real estate gave her the flexibility she needed to be a present mother and coach to her children, it also tapped into her passion for working closely with people while using her expertise to help them find their dream home.
A proud family woman, Jennifer is the wife of a wonderful husband, mother of 3 children, and even grandparent to one grandbaby. Family is everything to her, so she cherishes spending all of her free time in their company visiting their lake house recently built on a Lake Havasu island, boating, riding dirt bikes in Glamis during the winter, barbecuing, and generally enjoying one another’s company.
